How do I know you
won't rip me off?
Our reputation for
quality products and service is our best advertisement. Further
to this not only are we a Pty Ltd company we are making
ourselves even more accountable by using one of the worlds most
secure payment systems - Paypal. Paypal will take whatever action is required should you not be happy
with our service and how we deal with any issues that you may
have. It is not in our interests legally to provide you with an
inferior service.

How soon can I
expect to see my site in the search engines?
This is something we
cannot guarantee. Yes we know there are some services that do make a
guarantee but they cross their fingers and rely on you not checking.
The fact is once a site is submitted to the search engine databases
there is no control because the databases are owned by each
individual search engine.
The most important
thing is before you purchase our submission service is you make sure
you have the necessary keywords and metatags in your site. Speak to
your web designer if you are unsure. Alternatively you can do
it yourself with our recommended Metatag
Creator.
Search engines update
their databases regularly and your placement may take as little as 1
day and up to 6 weeks to appear. We have found that with the keyword
metatags inserted into websites most sites can be found in Google
within 48 hours.
With regular
submissions your site will climb the rankings as the search engines
are constantly reminded of your presence. We have tested this and
found that when you don't submit on a regular basis you either drop
right back in the rankings or cannot be found at all in the search
engines.

Why
should I continue to have my site submitted every month?
Extensive
testing has shown that if the search engines are not reminded of
your at a minimum every month your rankings will significantly
drop and your competitors will obtain a higher ranking. Often
you may not be found in the search engines at all after a couple
of months. Search engine submission is the most inexpensive and
proactive advertising you can do without doing anything.

happens after I pay?
After
payment is received you will be sent to a confirmation page with
instructions. If you are not redirected to this confirmation page

you submit more than one of my websites/domains?
Yes
of course. You do need to pay for every separate website/domain
name to ensure submission.

Why
have some search engines shown as failed on my report?
There
are times when search engines are not available to accept
submissions. This is well out of our control. But, where it is
missed one submission it will be picked up on the next. Most times
the search engines that fail are the smaller ones. Also you may see
some larger ones fail - this is because they are currently tapping
into Google's database to update their search engines. As you can
see results vary from Search Engine to Search Engine and at
different times. The important thing is we get you out there.

What
do I do with the reports after I receive them?
These
reports are sent as your proof that we have completed your
fortnightly submission. They are your security that we are providing
you with the service you purchased. With the system we use there is
no way we can "fudge" these reports. They are sent
immediately after submission. It is up to you as to whether you wish
to keep them or not.

How
to I unsubscribe from your service?
To
unsubscribe from our service the only way and most secure way is to do
it is via your personal Paypal
account. We don't hold any details about your payment such as method of
payment, login or password. At the time you purchased our service you
would have provided an email address and a password to Paypal. It is the
email address your payment receipt was sent to from Paypal you use as

Can
I get a refund?
Refunds
are generally not applicable. Your service stops within 24 hours of
your subscription cancellation. We do not pro-rata refunds. Due to
the extremely low cost of this service to you and to cover our costs
any fees will be taken as administration cancellation fees. We
recommend that should you be wishing to cease your submission
service you ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your
anniversary date or immediately after your 2nd monthly submission
report.
